Do you have to beat the elite four first before you can catch the regi's, and who has to be in the lead spot Wailord or Relicanth? Thanks AJ & Dad

You don't have to beat the elite four and to answer your second question it is relicanth who has to be in the lead spot hope this helped

You do not need the National Pokedex to be able to encounter the Regi's. For your second quesion, Relicanth is the one of the two that needs to be in the lead spot.
