Firstly, Can you get charizard, ninetales and Groudon? Secondly, who is this Deoxys thingy n how do I get it?
And... I fought Rayquaza but I lost, and I went back n he was gone!!!

You can get ninetales, but not charizard, and groudon is only in ruby, but if you trade with someone who has it you can get it that way.

To get ninetales evolve vulpix with a fire stone
You can only get groudon in ruby
Deoxys is lengendary Pokemon that you can
Get with a ticket
Answering your raquaza question... u only have 1 chance 2 capture him. If you defete him or get defeted he wont come back. Sorry. You can turn the game off and start a new game. Thats what I would do. Raquaza is like the most strong pkmn in the game and also my fave other than blazkin. Hope this helps!!!
