Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hey everyone. I was just wondering where do you get bounce, surf and dive from. I'm stuck in Mauville city and I've figured I need bouce (I could be wrong) but I can't find it anywhere and I don't want to cheat to get across to the other side. Could someone please help me??

Bounce is not an HM, but Spoink learns it at level 43, Grumpig learns it at level 55, and Ponyta and Rapidash are supposed to learn it in Fire Red and Leaf Green. You get Surf from Wally's parents after defeating Norman, and you get Dive from Steven in Mossdeep City before you go to Seafloor Cavern.

johnkrill answered:

Bounce isn't a TM, and you don't need it to beat the game! After you beat Norman (the fifth gym leader) go to Wally's house for Surf. Dive is in Mossdeep City.

Mystery_Gamer answered:

Bounce is not a tm, but I think you may mean Rock smash. It is if there are these wierd kind of rocks in the way that goes north from Mauville.
