I Feel Weird Asking This Were Do You Go When You Get The SS Ticket Like Were Do U Go To Get On The Boat And Where Is Southern Island

I'm going to try answering both. OK, SS: go to sootopolis or lilycove and there should be a place for the boat. Also, sorry, there is no southern island on ruby or saphire.

It's alright, you can relax. There is no reason why you should feel weird when asking a question. You asked for help, and help is what you shall receive. After you receive your SS ticket as a gift, you can go into two different towns and ride the ferry there. You can either ride the ferry that is parked in Slate Port City, or you can go ride the ferry that is parked in Lilycove City. If you ride the boat in Liliycove City then you will arrive in Slate Port City and vice versa, if you ride the Slate Port City ferry, you will arrive in Lilycove city. Later on in the game, after you get really far and after you beat the Elite Four, you can also ride the ferry to the Battle Frontier. Southern Island is not available in Pokemon Sapphire I'm afraid. Only in Pokemon Emerald will you find Southern Island.

You need to use a game shark/action replay to get the EON TICKET, and also to activate Southern Island.

The only way to get it is cheating, and that could mess up your game.

Use gameshark to get a eon ticket to go to the event
