Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I collect plants for my Secret Base but the Flower Shop under Rustboro only sells 6 out of 10. Can anyone tell me how to get the other 4 plants?

When your slots for decorating say ten in all of the categories like dolls I have to say this.
Go to Lillycove city and to thier department store and count thier dolls on the decor floor.

You'll see there are more than ten so.
The ten in the decorating slots mean how many you can have and when you get tired of them you can delete them so. The only plants are the 6 in Rustboro
