Is there a way to beat the elite four?

Why, of course there is a way for you to defeat the Elite Four. I do not think that the game would be as exciting as it was if you could not even defeat the Elite Four. The solution to your problem is to level up your Pokemon some more and get all of your party Pokemon to a higher level. I would recommend leveling up your Pokemon until they are on level Fifty-Five or Sixty. This should make them strong enough to handle anything that the Elite Four or the Champion throw at you. You also need to check your list of items and make sure you have enough to deal you over the entire battle. Be sure to buy Hyper Potions, Full Heals, and most importantly, revives. This will not make you defeat the Elite Four, but it will give you a much better chance.

Well, if your first Pokemon is torchick, it would have been easy. Ok, I your's is some other, get a fire Pokemon, a fighting Pokemon,(blaziken for both), an ice Pokemon, or a Pokemon with ice attacks. (train a wailer and evolve it,then teach it ice beam. If you train kyogre to level fifty something it will learn sheer cold. That will be help ful.always prefer a Pokemon which can use attacks of two types.).have a darkness pokemon.i'll tell you how this will help.
Fire pokemon:-
First trainer's shiftree and cacturne.
Third trainer's glalies
And champion's steel pokemons.

Ice pokemon:-
Against dragon master. And all his pokemon.

Fighting pokemon:-
for against Mightyena and absol
And more of the champion's

Darkness pokemon:-
for against ghost pokemons.(the second trainer's)

Electric pokemon:-
It might help you a bit against walrein. Of the ice Pokemon trainer.

The suggested party to win is......

1 blaziken (fire and fighting)
2 kyogre (water and can use ice attacks)
3 raichu (electric)
4 flygon (dragon and ground....and must have crunch attack)
5 swello (flying)
6 lombre or luzleef (grass)
