If you have defeated the gym leader then go to the pokecenter and heal all of your Pokemon. Then go out and go up the long path. Then the path will end, turn right and carry on going defeat the trainers and go in the cave.
Defeat the Team Aqua guy and go to and into the big house type thing (The man will take you) then go through the wood to the mans house just before you get to the sandy area.
