Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Hi guys. How are you all? Here are a few more questions that i would like answered.

1.) What level does Bagon evolve?
2.) What level does Trapinch evolve?
3.) How do you catch Feebas?
4.) Can somebody please tell me how to get a ex. share and a master ball from the Department Store?
5.) Can somebody please tell me how to get a dragon scale?

Also can some one tell me when Pokemon Fire Red and Pokemon Leaf Green come out in New Zealand?

1) Bagon=lv50

2) Trapinch=25,then again 50

3) Something about talking to a guy in dewford and change
the "whats hip" thing and then Feebas will appear in a diffrent place on the route it says in your Pokedex3

4) You cant unless you can at the lottery

5) Dont know about the dragon scale

1) Bagon to Shelgon at 25 or 30 and Shelgon to Salamence at lv 50.

2) Trapinch to Vibrava at lv 35 and Vibrava to Flygon at lv 45.

3) Talk to the guy at Dewford that wants to know what is hip and tell him groudon drought then fly to Mauville city and go right to route 118 and then up to route 119 and to the first bit of water above the thick grass and the bottom of the water will look like steps, go to the first step and stand in the corner of it facing up, surf and without moving any steps just look to your left and use your super rod. I'm srry if this does'nt work for you because it did and it did'nt work for a few of my friends soI had to catch about 8 of them myself and just trade them to them. Perhaps it is different for every id number.

4) To get an exp.share you have to get second at the Pokemon lottery at the first floor counter and apparently you get a master ball for coming first but i've only came 2nd twice and 3rd about four times.

5) To get a dragon scale catch a bunch of bagons and horseys and if your lucky one of them will be holding a dragon scale.

Also Fire-red and Leaf-green came out in Australia on the 27th of September. The nintendo ds is to be released on the 1st of November in America, the 2nd of December in Japan and in the first quarter of the year in 2005 in Australia and Europe (DAMN). Pokemon Emerald should'nt be released in Australia until next year as well. Nintendo must not like us as much as America and Japan.
Anyone with info on getting the Vs seeker on leaf-green and fire-red please post in.
