Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Can someone give me a step-by-step way to get the Regis? and what Pokemon do I need.

If you haven't opened the door do that (I'll tell you how later). You should probably get Regirock first. Use any strong Pokemon you want, preferably water type. Just dont kill it! Get it down to the red and go mad throwing Ultras and Timers and other balls at it same as Regice just use any type but Dragon with this one, then do Registeel, this one was hard to catch for me but I finally got it after like an hour of turning off and on my gameboy!

Get its health to the red soooooo far you can hardly see it then do the same as the other Regis (just don't confuse it, put it to sleep). To do the Sealed chamber go to the back off the room and use dig, put a Relicanth in the first slot and wailord in the last. It triggers an earthquake and the doors are open!
