Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Is there any point searching for Latias even if you've beaten the Elite four 12 times and not have it in your Pokedex?

Jeez you only need to beat them once to see her. Anyway, look at the TV in your house when its flashing. After that I got a good strategy (not so sure if it helps though). Fly to Lilycove city.

Then go out the left side of town. Search the grass. Stay for about 10 battles; they appear often if they are on the routes, then FLY to Lilycove (bet you they won't do what the last part says). Then repeat. There you are. It might take a while though...

Um... YEAH! It is just another pokemon that is added to your Pokedex and you do want to fill it up, right. And you don't have to beat the Elite Four that many times unless you are trying to level up your Pokemon!
