What color Pokeblocks do I use on my Feebas to make it evolve and what berrys make it?

Blue is the main Pokeblock. Blue Pokeblocks can be made by the following Berries:

Chesto Berry (any Contest Hall)
Oran Berry (Verandturf and Fallarbor Contest Hall)
Wiki Berry (Verandturf and Fallarbor Contest Hall)

Once your Feebas is full of Blue Pokeblocks and can't eat anymore, raise it up one level and it'll evolve.
