Question for Pokemon Sapphire

What are Deoxys? I hear many people talking about it and its shapes but I don't know what it is. Is it like Unown?

Deoxys is in the Pokédex as number 202, a DNA Pokémon. It can be obtained on Fire Red or Leaf Green by getting an Aurora Ticket from random Nintendo events or Nintendo Power issues and booking passage to Birth Island. After you manage to get it, you may transfer it to Ruby or Sapphire if the machine is working.

Deoxy is a space computer virus that was shot by a lazer witch made it a Pokemon. I heard that it is even stronger than Rayquaza!

You get Deoxy from the Southern Islands, Pokemon Leaf Green and Fire Red or an Action Replay. I heard it has 4 forms.

Deoxys is actually only one Pokemon. The 's' on the end is part of it's name, not as if there's more than one of them (e.g. Glooms, Bellossoms). It is number 202 in the Pokedex (after Jirachi) and it can only be obtained from Fire Red or Leaf Green versions.
