Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Can you get meowth, smeargle, sudowodo, and togepi in sapphire? What level does horsea evolve into seadra? What do you need to evovle seadra into kingdra and where is it found? Tnx..

Trade meowth and togepi from FR/LG
Trade sudowoodo and smeargle from Colosseum
Horsea evolves into seadra at lvl 32, then trade it with a Dragon Scale attached. As for the Dragon Scale I don't really know where you could find it.

Tou have to trade for Meowth, Togepi, Sudowoodo and Smeargle. Horsea evolves at level 32 and Seadra evolves when traded with a dragon scale, I'm not sure where you find them though. I had to use my AR.

if you diddent have internet then how would you get a meowth?

You find your dragon scales in Bagon and horsea. You get Bagon in the back of meteor falls

Actualy you can trade smeargle,sudowudo from emerald
And you can find Horsea near pacifidlog town.I got mine in the first try.Use a super rood!!

The only way get sudowoodo, meowth and smeargle
Is by trading them to Emerald , LG /FR etc. Only if u're playing Pokemon Sapphire or Ruby
