Question for Pokemon Sapphire

Thanks for the help, ShapeShifter409. I don't understand why I can't use inhancers. It's not like it is going to do any good at level 99. They probably won't even get that high and if they do they won't need inhancers.

HA HA HA! that's funny. 409 is just a number I got off the top of my head. And it sounds cool. Now about the Inhancers.

Inhancers effects raise a stat a cerrtain number every level. Like when I gave some to my lv 2 Poochyena, it took me 7 protiens to raise his attack by 1! Now I just wasted 68,600 dollers. when I gave my level 99 Wailmer 7 protiens, it's stats were raised 82! See the difference?
