Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I'm at the sealed chamber but I don't know how you crack the codes ? And outside the sealed chamber is another big chamber with another code on it !! What do I do I'm so confused !

Hi, the code is braille. In the instructions/ handbook that came with the game there's a braille chart.

First go to the first front door, use the move dig, then go to the last door and you must have a relicanth in your first party and a wailord at the end of your party, then press the braille, wait for 5 minutes, and take out the braille and an earthquake will occur. You have cracked the code.
