HI

In Pokemon sapphire you'll find Feebas in route 119. Just go to where there is water and fish. I caught a female Feebas the first time I tried during daylight. I tried for a whole lot of time at night and all I saw were carvanhas and tentacools.

There is a lot of talk about some special tiles on the water where you can find Feebas, but I don't know if it�s true or not.

Feebas can be found in route 119 fish where water is by using good rod.
