Question for Pokemon Sapphire

How do you catch registeel, regice, and regirock I opened the three doors and I put relicath in front and wailord in back.

Now I don't know what to do can someone help me please thank you....

After you have opened the three hidden doors by doing the Braille stuff in the Sealed Chamber, you can find the "Regis" in these locations:

Regice: Island Ruin, Route 105.
Regirock: Desert Riun, Route 111 (Desert).
Registeel: Mountain Ruin, Route 120.

When you enter one of these caves, go inside and you will find yourself in a room with basically nothing in it except for Braille on the far wall. To go onto the next room and battle a Regi in each ruin, you have to do a certain thing for each one. It tells you what to do on the Braille on the far wall of each room, but if you can't be bothered decoding the Braille, you can just keep reading and I'll tell you what to do to continue to the next room. Unfortunately, I know all of them, but I don't know which of the things for each cave - so you'll have to try them all out.

1. Go to the far wall with the Braille on it, press A and keep the Braille on your screen for a while. The door will open automatically after about 3 minutes, so you might as well get something to eat while you wait.
2. Go to the far wall, and walk to the centre of the Braille. Then walk down two spaces, and right two spaces, then use Strength, and the door will open.
3. Go to the Centre of the room and use Fly. When you do, the door will open.
