Question for Pokemon Sapphire

I need help here ok I have 3 Questions very simple ok.

1. WHERE DO YOU GET THE HM DIVE?

2.Where can you find a Feebas and a relicanth?

3.Where can you find (i don't know how to spell this) Chimeco or whatever

1.You can get the HM DIVE from Steven's house in MOSSDEEP CITY.He will give it to you alone when you enter his house.

2.You can get FEEBAS by going to ROUTE 119 and using the old rod in any place in this route.You may find it there.

3.I don't know what you are talking about [Sorry}.

Beastgreymon288 was right about the feebas and the the hm. Relicanth is under the ocean waters I found him by the mossdeeps trees water on the left and chimeco is on mount pyre
