I got my 6th badge. I'm in lilycove city and cant get any where where do..

You have to go to the team magma hideout in the cave in the cove.

You get a masterball there.

I have the Game Shark SP code for badges, but the next gym would be in Fortree City.

Here is what you do at Lilycove City:

1. Team Magma/Aqua:
a. To the east of Lilycove City, there is a monolith with a portal in it. That's the hideout of Team Magma or Team Aqua. Talk to the two Grunts securing the entrance, and then travel to Slateport City and attempt to converse with Captain Stern in his interview. While the interview is going on, Maxie (or Archie) will demand of Stern via megaphone to surrender the submarine Explorer 1. NOTE: You cannot bypass the Wailmer squadron without doing this and the next step.
b. Return to the Hideout and locate Magma/Aqua Administrator. While you battle her, Maxie/Archie will escape on the stolen submarine.
c. Obtain Dive form Steven in Mossdeep City, battle the Gym Leaders Liza & Tate, follow Maxie/Archie to Seafloor Cavern, battle them, cause Kyogre or Groudon to leave the Seafloor Cavern, and leave the Cavern.
d. Travel to Sootopolis City, enter the Cave of Origin, and capture Kyogre or Groudon.

2. Ther is no Gym in Lilycove City, but there is the Master Contest Hall. I have posted on this page how you can get a picture up in the Art Museum.
