Hey does anybody know where to find corphish

You find him on the tird town in the biging and get a super rod

Go to mauville and go near the daycare place no get out your super or good rod and fish in the water near there ^_^.

Fish at:
Route 102
Route 117
Petalburg city

You must fish for it in Route 117 using a Good Rod or Super Rod. It can be found in other routes, but I'm only sure of Route 117.
