You could put like a board on it. You could get it by having the lilycove department sale. So watch your tv for it. It'll show up if u beat the elite four again. Or something else would like Energy Guru will sell stuff 4 half price. Or Mauvile game courner.
Go to the liquidation 'clearout' sales at the Lilycove Department Store. Pokémon News will tell you when they occur. At the time a vendor will be on the top floor and can sell you a Solid Board for P$3000. That will be needed to cover the holes.
You need to beat the Elite 4. Once that's done, you have to wait until the TV says that there is a clearence sale on Lilycove. When that's done, go to the roof and a lady is selling great stuff to fix up your secret base, including solid boards, which covers up holes.
You need to buy that bridge at the clear out sale. it goes on the holess.
