Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have a few questions:

1. Can anyone give me any advice on cathing Latios? I've got it down to 1 hp but it killed my Golbat and ran. -I've used the masterball on Rayquaza-

2. How do you get the coloured scarves and what do they do?

3. When ever I try Master rank pokemon contests my pokemon only gets 1 heart in the first round (fav pokemon round) but in the Hyper it got about 5 or 6, how come?

4. Can you, and how do you get the Eon ticket? Does it take you to the Johto region?

1. Do it again but make sure your golbat is a higher level than it so use a nest ball.

2. By talking to that man in slateport or rubustro in the poke club. Max out one of ur pokemon like beauty or something the he'll give u one. It'll boost one of ur pokemon stat likecool in the contest.

3. All games are like that. Master u get less than the other contest.

4. Yes you could get an eon ticket by using an action replay. It takes yoto the southern island no the Johto region.

1. Have someone with a sapphire virsion trade you a Sableye. Train it to level 45 and it will learn Mean Look. Use it and Latios can't run. Plus Sableye is unaffected by all phychic attacks, and that's all Latios knows. Be sure to bring lots of ultraballs.

P.S. (TRAPINCH'S ARENA TRAP DOES NOT AFFECT FLYING POKEMON, OR POKEMON WITH LEVITATE. SO LATIOS WOULD NOT BE AFFECTED. IF ANYONE SUBMITS THAT, THEY ARE WRONG. Thankyou.

Get a whole team of golbats (or wabafet).

The colored scarves raise witch ever color they are. (example: red scarf raises cool in contests, blue scarf raises beauty in contests). You get them from the old guy in the Pokemon Fanclub building in Slateport, by makind out that condition (example: max out cool, get redscarf, max out beauty, get blue scarf. don't worry, he gives you all of them, it just takes time.)

It's because the People get more picky in the master ranks. Raise the condition of the pokemon, and give it the color scarf that matches the typ of contest you are entering. use rare berries, because they give you high levle pokeblocks.

I don't know.
