Please help my friend! My friend Brandon needs help finding the dragon..

Dragon Scales are on Wild Horsea and Bagon, Feebas is on Route 119, (use Super Rod), and Jigglypuff is on Route 120, Moon Stone to Evolve it is in Meteor Falls.

Well, you can get dragonscale by using thief at wild bagon(if it has).

At the meteor falls.

Feebas can only be found on Route 119, and is very hard to find. Feebas only appears in six tiles on the route.

The tiles are random, depending on the popular phrase you used in Dewford. Catching this Pokemon requires a lot of time and patience.

However, when evolved into Milotic this Pokemon is very useful.To find Feebas, get to Route 119.

Start at the bottom and move north. Stop at the first little lake, immediately after the large patch of tall grass, and go as far left on the lake shore as you can.

Surf, move one tile north, and fish with a Old Rod(I think its easier to use old rod, because you'll get lots of Carvahnas(spelling?)with others).

Note: The tile locations may vary from game to game.
sorry, but i don't know where to get Jigglypuff, igglypuff, and wigglytuff

For the dragon scale, Horesy and Bagon hold them ocationally. It's kind of rare though.
To find Jiglypuff (evolve form of iglybuff), go to Rustboro City.

Go north (up), and surf as far as you can (past the entrance to metior falls. When you hit land, keep going up, till you reach a guy running in circles (he wants to battle, so watch out.

Go past him till you get to a guy that is surounded by trees. You have to battle him, to get past. Get to the patch of grass that is to the left of a berry patch. That is where you find Jiglypuff. It's rare, so be patiant.

To get Feebas, you have to change the trendy saying in dewford. Then fly directly to fortree. Go left then doun past the bridge, till you reach water.

Use super rod. It's extreamly rare, so you might not get it on your first 20 tries. You got to be patiant.

I forgot about a dragon scale but you should buy a trainer's guide. Feebas you could catch in route 119 use super or good. But it depends wat you put as a saying at Dewford. First, you have to find Jigglypuff. Go to Rubustro, and head up to north.

Go surf up until you see another sort of island. There will be a ninja running around in circles and an old man. Go further north, you will see a patch of grass. Search in it eventually you'll find Jigglypuff. It may take a while.

To evolve that Jigglypuff you must have a good friendship and make it friendly. But before you evolve it catch two Jigglypuff, one male one female, and putt it in the daycare to get an Igglypuff.

Then take one and train it.

I've just found out, you can find jiggly puff also at route 115.

Here's how- after you get out of the metoer falls at the south part, go and see if there's a girl who is running around on the sand.

Surf north, and you'll see a little gap between the rocks, and keep surfing, and you'll see a land. walk north, and soon you'll see a patch of grass.

Jigglypuff is in there, and you'll need alot of patience.
if you want a wigglytuff, evolve a jigglypuff with a moonstone.

If you want a igglypuff, breed two jiggly puffs.

To catch a Jigglypuff go to Rustboro Citythen go north towards route 115 keep on walking until you cant anymore and you have tu surf keep on surfing up you will see like a bunch of trees which loks like a maza you will see to guys on spinning around in cirles and the other one is an old man standing there walk up until you see a some grass jiggypuff is around there for sure catch a male and a female leave them in the daycare the egg will be an igglypuff then evolve the jigglypuf male or female with a moon stoneyou will have all 3.

Note jigglypuff is a littke hard to catch it took me about 5 minutes to catch one try to catch a female and a male.
