Question for Pokemon Ruby

I need 2 know if there is a GAMESHARK not a (ar) code for always shiny I have looked online but I only find ar codes it crazy. Please someone help me I can't sit and keep trying to get a shiny rayquaza by saving in front of him and keep resetting it will take years thanktou for your time
