Hello. Anyone know where I can get surf? My Swampert is on lvl. 40, and I read on a page that when I got Muddy Water and replaced it with Watergun (sone that) I would get Surf, but no, I didn't get surf. And if I want to get better on it I need surf :( Anyone know how or where I can get it?

You can get surf in Petalburg,after you beat your dad, go into wally's house and talk to his parents.
To get surf go to petalburg city and go inside the house that's next to the gym and talk to the guy he should give you surf
