Question for Pokemon Ruby

I got a few questions please answer them as soon as you can.

-Does Golbat is the only one that can learn Pioson Fang and in which level, does Crobat able to learn it or not and if it does learn it please in which level?

-In which level does Grumpig learns Bounce?

-In which level does illumise learns Flatter?

-In which level does Spinda learns Trick?

-In which level does Shednja learns Grudge?

-Does any other Pokemon learn Luster Purge and Memento than Latios?

-In which level does Skitty learns Heal Bell?

-Can anybody tell me which Pokemon learns this next moves in which level: Follow Me, Featherdance, Aromatherapy, Recycle and Heat Wave?

It will be even better if somebody can also tell me their types and their effects.

First of all, Trick is an egg move that Spinda can learn from Kadabra or Alakazam at level 43. Grumpig learns Bounce at level 55. Illumise learns Flatter at level 29. Shedinja learns Grudge at level 45. No one else can learn Luster Purge, but Grimer (lv. 53) , Muk (61), Koffing (49), and Weezing (58) can learn Memento. Skitty learns Heal Bell at level 39. Roselia can learn Aromatherapy at level 53. Torkoal can learn Heat Wave at level 46. If you have Pokemon Coloseum, Furret can learn Follow Me at level 37, and Togetic at 26. I believe the rest of the moves will be in Fire Red and Leaf Green. Aromatherapy - grass - Heals all critical conditions of all pokemon in party. Heat Wave - Fire - 100 - 90% Acc.- 10% chance of burning foe. Follow Me - Normal - Causes foes in 2 on 2 battles to only attack the pokemon that uses it.
