How do I catch that stupid relicath I need it to put in my pokedex and to get the 3 regi pokemon

Use dive near the entrance to sootapolis. You'll find one eventually

Dive in the ocean and search the seaweed.

Use Dive near Sootopolis.

You can find Relicanth underwater by using dive. It should in the seaweed but remember, Relicanth is difficult to find.
