2- It evolves into metang, then into metegross, but I forget which levels.
5- You can find it useing super rod to the left of fortree city.
6- It evolves when you max out its beauty. Use kelpsy berries in the pokeblocks. You have to rais it a level after you max it out. But Feebas doesnt learmmany moves though, so evolve it as soon as posible.

4: I think they evolve at level 45, but its been so long since I've trained them that I can't remember for sure.
5: Feebas is found in the river on Route 119, but only resides in 6 tiles which vary depending on in-game factors.
6: Anywhere from level 6 to level 100. Feebas evolves when elevated a level with its beauty stat at maximum (or close to it)
7: Wish, confusion, rest, swift, helping hand, refresh, double-edge, future sight, cosmic power and doom desire. Unfortunately, I can't recollect the levels at which it learns any of the attacks other than doom desire, which is learned at level 50.
