Question for Pokemon Ruby

Hi, ummm, I am at the cave with all the braille west of pacifidlog town. But I have gone through the game without finding TM28 (dig) can someone tell me where I can find it please?

Have you tried looking at the dept store?

Go to route 116 through Mt. Chimney, go toward the left until you reach route 114. You will be near Fallabor town, you should find a fossil maniac hut. Inside their is a man and he will give you the TM Dig.
