Question for Pokemon Ruby

Ok I thout I was good at this game after comepleting my pokedex but after seing some of the questions for stuff here I was like whoa I don't know what is that so ummmm here some of my questions
.where can I get an eon ticket ( and don't say nintendo events cause chances are that they wont give me something for an old game )
.does the white rock by the space station do something cool cause that really bothers me for them to put it in there when it does nothing
.is there another map becuase I'm bored stupid doing nothing in the same places
.is there shiney Pokemon becuase I've been playing this game since it first came out and I havent seen one
.this more of a demmand then a question but there is no god damn wish tag so stop asking people
.and last can someone answer my questions please

1)You can cheat to get it in the shop...

2)It does nothing.

3)Nothing but the Battle Frontier.

4)Shiny Pokemon are very rare. Theres a 1/8192 chance of encountering one when you find a wild pokemon.
