Once you beat the elite four what do you do?

I'm stuck please help....

There are quite a handful of things you can do once you've conquered the Elite Four:

1. Travel to Mossdeep City, enter Steven's house, and take the PokéBall on the table. It contains a level 5 Beldum that knows only Take Down.

2. Travel to Route 131. Before you challenged the Elite Four you saw a dive spot, right? It's not there anymore; it's now the Sky Pillar. If you have the Mach Bike, you can enter the tower and capture Rayquaza once you get to the top. Note: The second and fourth levels of the tower have collapsible floors; you must navigate your Mach Bike across these surfaces. On the fourth floor, your objective is to fall through either of two holes in the middle of the dead end. Oh yes - the Pokémon in the Sky Pillar range from levels 45 to 60. Rayquaza is at level 70.

3. Just when you're about to leave the house, watch some TV on the bottom floor. There will be a news report on a Pokémon that's flying about. That's Latias in Sapphire and Latios in Ruby.

4. The Battle Tower is now open. It has two rooms, one for level 50 and another for level 100, in which you can face seven trainers with Pokémon of those levels.

5. The S.S. Tidal is complete, so you can use it to travel between Lilycove, Slateport, and the Battle Tower.
