Go to Lily cove, go down from the master at pok'e blocks and go inside the building, you hit going directly down and the lady well let you in while your sight seeing you'll stumble upon battle town.

Now make sure you win 200 times and win a gold sheild I only beat it 198 times that's until they start pulling out the honcho pokemon.

I lost becuase of this guys deoxys, oh yeah and you have to beat it in ar ow to win the gold sheild and you also can catch alot of latioses there have a nice vacation!
