pokefan2 answered:

You mean glalie? You just evolve snorunt.

poke genious answered:

Em, I'm quite sure there isn't a Pokemon call Glacie, but there is a Pokemon called Glalie, which evolves from Snorunt which can be found in Shoal Cave.

wishmaker answered:

You cath a snowrunt at the ice room in shoal cave at low tide then evolve it.

xebecer1913 answered:

You get glalie through evolving snorunt around level 42.

bentry answered:

To get glalie, go to shoal cave which is above Mossdeep City, go during low tide, go to the lowest floor (it's covered with ice). Snorunt are down there. Snorunt evoles into Glalie at level 40.
Hope I helped and good luck!

AquaPOKE answered:

Ok here is how you get it..
Go to Shoal Cave on low tide and go to the area that has ice. Go to the top of the hill that is in there and walk around at the very end untill you find a pokemon named Snorunt. He evolves into a Glacie.

Aeon-Flux answered:

Evolves for Snorunt, you get Snorunt from the Shoal Cave.
