You can only go there at certain times.
Nothing is really on it.

The only thing on Mirage Island is a bunch of wild Wynaut, and some berries. Obviously don't plant them on Mirage Island. To get there, your Pok�mon's ID number needs to match the one for the day, which is unlikely.
