Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do I get the scanner
and how do I get the pokemon with 000000 stats....!

You can get the Scanner in the Abandoned Ship, by navigating through ALL the rooms and finding ALL the keys.

If you find it, bring it back to Captain Stern at the Slateport Harbour, and he'll either give you a Deepseatooth (give to a Calmperl, then trade and it'll evolve into Huntail) or a Deepseascale (give to a Clamperl, then trade and it'll evolve into a Gorebyss).

The Scanner:

In the Abandoned Ship, you will find a room with a dive spot. Use Dive and you will end up in a chamber with lots of locked doors.

One is open, and that's where you find a key. Use the key to open another, get the key for the next room in that room, and so on and so forth.

In the last room you go in, the Scanner waits.

Note: You find the keys by checking every glittering object on the floor. All of them except for the key are just scraps.

As for the so-called "0000000 stats": The highest stats can go are just 999, but you will have to do this by using up one of that Pokémon's moves, depositing it in your box, withdrawing it, and letting the Pokémon Center attendant heal it.

A Pokémon can take only so many supplements (Protein, Iron, Carbos, Calcium, Zinc, HP Up, and PP Up).
