I think Gameshark is better. An Action Replay freezes a lot over time, but I heard that a Gameshark doesn't at all. Plus, I think a Gameshark has more cheats available. [Remember, only stuff I've heard about it.]

Action Replay works best in my opinion....but it won't matter...both game will wreck your game bit by bit
