Question for Pokemon Ruby

How do you get them to launch a rocket?

Everytime I talk to the guy he says rocket launch was imminent!

You wait a week and maybe it will change.. That happened to me when I had 53 launches and now I only have 3!

What are you up to fake32? You said you didn't believe in the rockets thingy.Well I'll answer your question anyways.

The launch was imminent means the rocket was not succesful.
Most likely you gotta do something to activate the rockets.
If you've had the game only for a short while or the savefile has only existed for a few days then the man would be saying the launch is immenent. If your file existed for a long time like 3 months it's most likely to be a glitch in file or game..

You gotta wait until the 100 launch and when you talk to the man looking out side you should be able to enter and catch jarainchi

You don't launch the Rocket, it only counts time.
