Question for Pokemon Ruby

I am playing both Pokemon Ruby and Pokemon Collosseum. When I meet the conditions to trade between the two games, can I trade the Master Ball from Pokemon Collosseum into Pokemon Ruby if I give it to one of the Pokemon to be traded as a held item.

Yes, you could trade a Master Ball attached to a Pokemon. You could do that with any item really.
