Question for Pokemon Ruby

I have a couple of questions.

Where can I find Relicanth?

Are there any other ways to get a master ball than at team Magma's Hideout?

Where do you get rare candies?

1.Relicanth can be found in the ocean floors in Routes 124-126.

2.There is 2 other ways:If your pokemons ID number matches the Lottery number you win a Master Ball. The easier way is you getting an Action Replay so you can have infinite Materballs.

3.I''m not really sure but if you get Action Replay one of the cheats are Infinite Rare Candies.

1: Relicanth can be found anywhere underwater. Have patience though, it appears very rarely!

2: Yep, ya gotta go to the lottery in lilycove city. If all of the numbers match then you win a master ball!

3: Rare candies are mostly in rare places! You can get as many of them as you want by using AR!

1: Search in the seaweed around Sootopolis City (this is where they are the most common).

2: Win first prize at the Lilycove Lottery Center.

3: Rare candies are located all over Hoenn and can be obtained through the effect pickup.

It's kind of useless but when you get 200 pokemon go to the place in Lilycove city where the guy is starring at the TV, go upstairs and one guy gives you a Master Ball.
