Question for Pokemon Ruby

I am having trouble trying to find Jirachi, I have asked many people but none knew where he was, please help =C

You have two options. One, use the Pok�mon Colosseum bonus disk, or Two, use a GameShark or Action Replay code.

You can't get jirachi other that getting him from the colliseum demo for the gamecube or from cheats.

Use a cheat devise or wait till the mosdeep city rocket center guy says the 100th rocket has left off then you can into space and fight jirachi.
