3. Stardust is good just to sell. Dragon Scale can be equipped to Seadra, and then the Seadra will evolve into Kingdra when traded. The Heart Scale is vouched at the Move Tutor's House for a move that one of your Pokémon could learn experientially up to its current level.

4. You can get another one at the Lottery Corner at the Lilycove Department Store. Just match all of the ID digits.

1. Ok, first surf off the right end of Pacifilodge. Now surf near the top of the route. Sooner or later You'll come across a gap. Go into it. There you are. You'll need the mach bike though.

2. Go back to Fallarbor Town and give it to Professor Cozmo. He'll give you a TM.

3. Stardust, sell it. Heartscale, give to move tutor in Fallarbor Town. Dragonscale, trade a Sedra holding it to get Kingdra.

4. Yes there is. You can go to Lilycove Department store and do their lottery. If all numbers match you get 1. Also if you talk to the guy in the hotel that stands in front of the TV after you complete your Pokedex (I only need Mudkip Marshtomp and Swampert) he'll give you one.

1:Okay,surf Northwest of Pacifidlog town,you should find an opening between some rocks,well,you found it!Oh,make sure you beat the elite four because there will be no sky pillar until you beat the elite four!

2:Give it to the prof in Fallabarbor Town!

3:Stardust is just for selling and getting money,dragonscale makes some pokemon evolve if you trade while their holding it.Give the heartscale to the fat dude in Fallabarbor Town and he'll tell you what to do with it.

4:Well,you can't go back in but if your ID card matches the computer in Lilycove Lottery fully then your prize will be a masterball.

Stardust you sell. Hearts scale you give to a fat dude in fallobour and he teaches your pokemon a new move. How did you get dragon scale? I've been looking for on for months! You give it to seadra and trade it to get kingdra...... The only pokemon I need.

Your doing very well in pokemon and i'm glad to hear it, ok sky pillar, surf right from pacificlog and stay to the left-handside (near the rocks), eventually the rocks will come to an opening, follow the opening and eventually it will lead to sky pillar. The meteorite, give it back to the scientist in the little town at the top of the map, i think his name is dr.cosmo.Sell your stardust for a lot of money, heartscale, a man in fallabour town will let you teach your pokemon old moves for an heartscale. Definetely keep your dragon scale, if you want the pokemon kingdra your gonna need it. if you have a seadra give the dragonscale to it, then trade it with a friend, it will then evolve into a kingdra. Sorry, there's not alot you can do except hope to get all the numbers right in the lilycove lottery.
