I know this is a super retarded question but I really need help. WHERE DO I FIND THE POKEBLOCK CASE!!! I've been everywhere, litterally, and I can't find it. HELP!!!

I don't think you have been everywhere, because it if you talk to a girl in the Slateport contest building you get it.
It is given to you at the Pokemon contest at Lilycove City..Go to the Pokemon Contest and talk to the lady in the front desk.
In the building of the first Pokemon contest, talk to the small girl. She'll give you a case.
I hated hunting for this, as I didnt have internet to ask these guys or anything. In the end up I found it in Slateport. If you go to the contest hall, there is a small girl next to the bottom left corner of the building (inside). If you talk to her, she gives you the pokeblock case.
