Find Relicanth underwater in routes 124 or 126. It is very rare, but you will find one eventually.

You can find him on the sea floor around sootopolis but hes really hard 2 catch so I suggest 1 of 3 things.

1.trade w/ a friend

2.if you have another 1 either ruby or saphire start another and save your master ball and then trade it 2 this game.

3.buy a lot of balls and just kepp throwin them at him. P.S. If his hp is low he may kill himself w/ take down so beware.

All you have to do is go under water near sootopolis city.
