I was wondering if it is possible to breed shiny pokemon, and to have a shiny pokemon hatch out of a egg in pokemon ruby? I have a red and white linoone but everything I breed it with comes out regular. Please help........

If you breed a shiny pokemon with a normal-color pokemon, there is still almost no chance of getting a shiny child (I've tested this). The progeny of two shinys might always come out shiny, but since I have not yet gotton 2 compatible shinys of opposite genders I cannot say this for sure.
Yes it is. But it must be done with another shiny pokemon. Your linoone for instance must be bread with a pokemon of it's type and color. I hope this helps.
Yeah it's possible but its very rare - I think the exact possibility is half of the same odds as finding one in the wild
