Yeah, I know this is a silly question and I'm probably not going to be able to do it but I'm kind of grasping at straws because I'm so frustrated! I have EVERY SINGLE POKEMON in the Pokedex except Latios. I think it's Latios anyway it could be Latias. Well, whichever one you can't get in Ruby. My brother has Sapphire but he won't defeat the Pokemon league so he can't get it and I don't know anyone else who has the game and I've tried stealing his game and trying to catch it but then he found it..... Anyway, is there any way at all I can get it without trading it or using a GS or anything like that? Again, I'm pretty sure there's not but if there is...... Thanks. Ta. Really. Xx

Well did you try to buy a cheat device called Action Replay or Gameshark, it will help you a lot you know.
The only way is to get an eon ticket or use gameshark or action replay
There isn't a way without cheats to get him unless you trade, which it sounds like your going to have to wait on.
