You must win in the Normal Rank first. Then Super, then Hyper, and finally Master.

Ok to get into the others ranks you have to no ill just give an exapial .Ok say you haw a tochik and you enter a contest if you beat a cool contest you can enter the next rank but only cool ok hope it helps

ps the best way to win a cotest is to get a castform teach it power snow and bizzered the other 2 moves can be anything use power snow the bizzered you get a lot of points that way and when usein castform make sure you enter buity contest ok thats it.
