Where can I find TM28 and TM41? They are the only TMs I need to complete my collection.

TM28 is found on route 114 in the other house (not lanettes) the kid at the entrance will give it to you.
TM41 is found in Slateport city. Go into the contest house and go to the back room. Talk to the sailor guy and he'll give it to you.

TM41 (Torment): Vestibule, Hyper Rank Contest Hall, Slateport City; talk to the sailor
TM 28 is Dig. You can find that on Route 114. It is just West of Fallarbor Town, in the Fossil Maniac's house. Go to the back of the house and he'll give it to you.
TM 48 is Torment. You can get this from one of the guys in the Pokemon Contest Hall in Slateport City (I'm not sure which one).
