Are there cheats to get all pokemon and a lot of money wihtout gameshark..

NO!Who told ya that?

Nope.

Not so far as I am aware, but there are several ways to get a lot of money and exp. fast. Here are some of the ones that I developed (others might have thought of them as well, but I wouldn't know).

1: Take a team of 5 linoones which each know covet, thief, surf and ice beam and a pokemon you want to train up which has exp. share into the wild and train, using covet/thief on pokemon which may hold items (some examples of these creatures: chinchou, corsola, gulpin, roselia, luvdisc).

2: Battle Rich Boy Winston/Lady Cindy over and over with the team mentioned earlier. Once their zigzagoons have become linoones (and mayhap before), use covet/thief on them. Every covet/thief attack will get you a nugget (assuming you only use it once per battle), and you shall also receive exp, money, and items from your linoones.

3: Take the aforementioned team into bagon's chamber in Meteor Falls and use covet/thief on every bagon and solrock/lunatone you run across. By the time youv'e exhasted all your pp, you ought to have several sun/moon stones, a large array of dragon scales (each one of the aforementioned sells for 1050), and, if the pp of all the thief and covet attacks is maxed out, a total item haul worth up to 10,000,000 to complement the huge amount of experience your pokemon gained.
