There's a guy by this really large tree on Route 111, or Route 113, he stands in front of a giant tree and if you talk to him he will give the the TM for Secret Power

There is a guy standing in front of a large tree on your way to Fallarbor from the Fiery Path. It appears pretty quickly so watch carefully. Talk to him and he will give it to you.

You have to get to the other side of the desert then go up and talk to a person that is facing a big bushy-tree.talk to him and he will give it to you.

Talk to the lad beside the tree on Route 111, near the rest house. Once you get the TM from him, it will become available in the Slateport Market (TM43).
