How do I catch latios I have made him have health in the red zone but I can't catch him I have even used ultra balls on him it won't woke what is going on?

Try ti buy 30 great balls, 20 utlra balls and 15 timer balls, first throw the great then ulltra then timer. Try that, if you still can't catch him, paralyze him or put him to sleep.
First, get somebody with Block, or the Ability Shadow Tag(Wobba). If you use Wobba, just use Mirror Coat. Now since he's in the Red Zone, throw Ultra Balls. You will catch him eventually.
Try getting a wobofet and use shadow tag on him. Then use a Pokemon with thunder wave, then try using ultra balls.
Use Golbat and use his ability to trap foe's slower than him.
